What we offer?

The modular solution with interchangeable parts is developed to make the TC2 user-friendly and easy to maintain. But if need be, we provide highly skilled technicians for service and support. The TC2 can be controlled from a Mac, a PC with Linux or Windows.




Our Services


Assembly, Installation and Training

When we deliver the TC2 loom, all our customers get the login details for our documentation portal, where they can access the user manual and go through instructions in the form of text, 2D drawings and animation videos. All steps and processes are thoroughly explained, starting with the assembly of the loom frame, the configuration and initialization of the loom, as well as basic training. This minimizes the need for installation assistance from us.



After-Sales Service

The TC2 has its own IP address! This means that our engineers may log on to the loom if it is connected to an open network. They can then perform checks, do diagnostics and assist the customer in detecting possible errors. The software and firmware can be updated though a built-in software command, so not even this will require assistance from us. Our ambition is to provide help for the customer within hours, rather than having to wait for a service technician to arrive.



Spareparts

If a faulty component should be detected, a replacement part will be sent, and most often can be mounted by the customer himself/herself. Alternatively, with the electric wiring diagrams in the documentation, a local electrician may be consulted. Our ambition is to provide help for the customer within hours, rather than having to wait for a service technician to arrive. When he finally arrives, the correct part may have to be sent afterwards.
